Paid Ad Still Pending – Ad #1742787464

Hello Kijiji Support,

My ad #1742787464 – New Brake Rotors and Pads is still showing Pending and has not gone live.

I already paid $72.11 plus tax ($81.48 total) for the Visibility feature, and the payment was successfully processed.

Could someone from Kijiji please check why the ad is still pending and help activate the existing ad?

I do not want to make another payment for the same ad.
