Expanding and improving transparent buyer/seller ratings so bad actors (ghosters, lowballers, fake sellers) are easier to spot.
The minute Kijiji enforces any kind of age verification or anything forceful to upload my ID or anything similar to this is when I will be deleting my account.
There are other ways to mitigate ghosters / lowballers / fake sellers or bots. For example, you could delegate the task to the community via a partially automated report system. This is one idea, but there are many.
