I have reproduced the issue in more than one browser/environment, including a remote browser session, so it does not appear to be a normal local cache or login problem.
I also tested with my custom DNS disabled and the issue remained.
One Kijiji-owned resource, /tms/?id=GTM-W4V6, also fails to load in my browser, but the fatal issue appears to be the React/Next.js crash on the Messages route.
Could a Kijiji moderator or support staff please check whether there is an account-side or frontend issue affecting Messaging on my account?
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues accessing the Kijiji site, we certainly look into what may be causing the issue through a browser diagnostic test. The easiest way to see what the problem might be is to click on the following link from your desktop: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
This links provides all of the information about your specific computer. The information we’re most concerned about can be found near the top of the page, in the “Your Web Browser’s Capabilities” section.
Here are a couple more suggestions that might resolve the issue. First, clear your cache and your Kijiji cookies. If you’re still having trouble after that, try a new browser. While you may love the current browser that you use, sometimes trying a new one can help optimize your Kijiji experience! Specifically Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, as they are the best browser for Kijiji.
I continue to get the following message with all my browsers with cache removed all extension off. It simply does not matter what I do I continue to get this message in chat " Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

I’m getting the same crash. It’s been happening for a few days now.
The screenshot is Firefox private window. I’ve also tried Brave, Librewolf, MS Edge. Tried on 2 different PCs and my phone (Android, Firefox.) whatismybrowser.com shows all 3 browser settings as “Yes”.
If you can please get back to me with the browser results from the https://www.whatismybrowser.com site, there will be a URL under "Your web browser’s unique URL:" if you can copy and paste the URL in the reply? So we can view the diagnostic test.
