My ad is not published in the correct area. I am in Vieux-Québec, on Grande Allée, not in Loretteville. This absolutely must be corrected, or I will never be able to rent!
I am sorry to hear you posted the ad with the incorrect mailing address and postal code Danielle. Unfortunately we are unable to update or change an active ad’s mailing address/postal code. We just do not have the tools to do so. What I can do Danielle, I can delete the ad and provide you with a prorated refund which would be the amount of $109.93, so you can repost the ad with the updated mailing address.
