# Inability to replying to ad inquiries

I cannot reply to an inquiry. the send button is not illuminated

Hi @Robert_Sulla

There are currently no known issues with Kijiji messaging.

One common reason the Send button is unavailable is if you’re trying to reply to your own ad. Kijiji does not allow users to send messages to their own listings.

If you’re replying to another user’s ad, please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache, then try again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or the Kijiji app.
