Are you seeing a message that says “Please fix the errors on the page" when trying to post your listing? Don’t sweat it! This just means that you need to adjust some of the information into one, or more, of the fields. Scroll down on the post ad page to see which sections are highlighted in red. Take a moment to review the following: - Missed a required field? - Extra spaces? - No photo submitted? - Is your location correct? - Have you paid the appropriate listing fee (\* only applicable to certain categories)? - Have you included dollar signs, commas, or decimals which are not accepted into number fields such as mileage or price field? - Have you included words in your description which are not family friendly? - If you’re located outside the country you may have difficulty using the site including posting ads ---

I tried to post ads several times and it kept telling me that “something went wrong”. I’m sure I have done everything I can do to post the ads, I verified my account and filled in all the information. I don’t know why. ---

Hi @ying The Top Ad feature creates an additional copy of your listing that appears in the Top Ad section at the top of the category. Your original ad remains in its normal position within the regular listings, so it’s completely normal to see it on page 30 or any other page. The Top Ad feature does not move your original listing higher in the regular search results. If there are multiple Top Ads in the same category, they rotate evenly each time the page is refreshed so that all featured listings receive fair exposure. Noticed an ad was missing from my profile. Reposted it a month ago. Saw this month it’s missing again. Reposted it twice today, despite getting email confirmation that it was posted - it’s missing from my listed ads still. ---
