# Fees are Not Refundable

## My Ad Was Deleted — Will My Fees Be Refunded?

Fees paid for listings, features, or upgrades on Kijiji are non-refundable.

This applies whether:

- Your ad was removed for violating Kijiji Posting Policies;

- You chose to delete the ad yourself; or

- The listing is no longer active after a paid feature has been applied.

## Why Wasn’t My Fee Refunded?

When purchasing a listing feature or upgrade, the fee is applied at the time of purchase. In accordance with **[Kijiji’s Terms of Use](https://community.kijiji.ca/t/kijiji-terms-of-use/29)**, these fees are generally non-refundable, even if the associated ad is later removed or deleted.

This includes ads that are removed for violating Kijiji’s:

- **[Posting Policies](https://community.kijiji.ca/t/posting-policies/191)**

- **[Prohibited Content Policies](https://community.kijiji.ca/t/prohibited-content/46)**

- **[Ad Reply Code of Conduct](https://community.kijiji.ca/t/ad-reply-code-of-conduct/40)**

- Other applicable site rules or requirements

## Where Can I View My Payments?

You can view your payment history, orders, and any applicable refunds through **My Orders** on Kijiji.ca.

To access your order history:

1. Sign in to your Kijiji account on Kijiji.ca.

2. Select your profile menu.

3. Click **My Orders**.

Please note that My Orders is currently available on web.

## Are Any Fees Refundable?

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, fees paid for listings, upgrades, and promotional features are non-refundable.
