Your ad was removed because it does not contain enough pertinent information. When posting an ad in the jobs section we ask that employers provide enough information so that potential employees can get a good sense of what the position will entail. Here are some examples of relevant information that should be included:
- What is the compensation rate/structure? Is this a commission position, salaried, or hourly?
- What company is this posting for?
- Where is this job located?
- What would be the daily duties of a successful applicant?
- What qualities or qualifications does your company require?
We also typically ask that job ads have information about the company that is looking to hire (name, address, phone number, contact person etc.) especially if they are asking for resumes to be forwarded.
I understand that some companies do not always like their personal information posted online but we do this as a safety precaution for our user community as scammers will often post general job ads looking for resumes so they can store and use their contact info.
