I keep receiving recurring email alerts for a **Cars & Trucks – Ottawa** search. The alert does not appear anywhere in my Kijiji account, and the email contains no unsubscribe link. How can I remove this orphaned email alert from my account.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to unsubscribe to your Saved Search Alerts Ralph, I can certainly help guide you on how to delete the saved search.

Now it’s most likely you signed up to the Saved Search through the Kijiji site itself, so please follow the steps on how to unsubscribe:

Click the **heart icon** in the top-right corner of Kijiji.

1. Select **Saved Searches**.

2. Find the search you want to remove.

3. Click **Delete**.
