# All my chats are gone!

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, Kijiji Messages cannot be recovered once they have been removed.

Messages are stored for **60 days from the date of the first message**.

After 60 days:

- Conversations are removed from your inbox

- Replies can no longer be sent through Kijiji Messages

- Deleted conversations cannot be recovered
