All my chats are gone!

The listing still exists, but all chats are gone both in the app and on the website. How can I bring them back, and why did this happen?

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, Kijiji Messages cannot be recovered once they have been removed.

Messages are stored for 60 days from the date of the first message.

After 60 days:

• Conversations are removed from your inbox

• Replies can no longer be sent through Kijiji Messages

• Deleted conversations cannot be recovered

Kijiji is tanking. Clearly can’t afford to store text-based data. What’s the point of a classified platform with no chat history? What a joke.
