Hi Kijiji Support Team, I recently posted an ad and received an email confirming it was live. However, when I check my account, I have **0 active** and **0 inactive** listings — the ad is nowhere to be found. Here are my details: - **Email on my account:** XXXXXXXXXXX - **Category I posted in:** buy and sell cars - **Date posted:** Oct 28th 2026 - **Ad title/description:** Selling a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox I’ve tried to upload the email i received saying the add is live but i keep getting an error that new users can not upload photos. I’ve checked both my Active and Inactive tabs and the ad is not appearing in either. I only have a desk top so i can’t try to upload it on another device. Could you please look into why the ad was removed after approval and either restore it or let me know what needs to be corrected? Thank you, Susan ---

Your vehicle ads are being removed because our system has detected active listings published across multiple accounts. On Kijiji, users are permitted **one free ad** per user account in the Cars & Vehicles category and the Realestate Category. Utilizing multiple accounts to bypass listing limits or post additional adds without paying the applicable category fees is considered fee avoidance and a violation of our platform policies.
