Account history, ads, messages, and likes disappeared!

I haven’t logged in for a few months and now see all my history, ads, messages, likes - everything disappeared! How to bring it all back? Unbelievable!..

Is there any live chat with Support here?

Unfortunately Norm, Kijiji only keeps records and archives of previously deleted or expired ads for a maximum of 60 days from the date the ads were removed from active postings. I am sorry to say any ad postings that ran and were deleted or time expired more than 60 days ago, have completely been purged from our database.

How about messages and likes? I understand if expired ads are purged, but the history… Kinda disappointing functionality. Would be better if, when a certain limit is reached, an opportunity is given to download as, e.g., a PDF and only then purged.

Hello: I also had my ads deleted & was never notified. Sent in a request & replied that someone from the team would get back to me “shortly”. That was a week ago. Is there any way to get an answer from someone to why the ads were deleted? Thanks

I also had all my ads disappear with no notification. I contacted support July 7th, and again July 21st with no response. I had around 18 ads, with different expiry dates. What has happened? Thanks,

My ads were not 60 days old. I had no fiurther notification of expirations coming up, & I previously received them. Are you telling me that no matter if I renew the ad that after 60 days they are deleted if active or not? I don’t understand as I kept my ads up to date when notifcations were received. Thanks

What a joke of an app. You can’t afford to store the tiny amount of data a chat history would require? There are ample reasons someone might need access to the history, tax purposes being a glaring example. Guess I’ll transition entirely off this platform to FCBK marketplace.

Hi, Is there no response to my deleted ads that were not 60 days old? Is there not backups they can be pulled from.
