# A big waste of time trying to get direct help/communication at Kijiji

I tried to report a user giving me sexist/personal insulting remarks I.5 hours ago. After discovering that I can no longer chat or send an email to Kijiji no more, it has cost me over an hour to ask 1 simple question— " do I report sexist/personal degrading remarks I received from a user to Kijiji ?"

My email to support@kijiji.ca was bounced back also.

What a silly torturing process & experience now to contact Kijiji for help
