I get 403 forbidden after I’m trying to log in on Kijiji.ca.
I have also tried three different web browsers but the same issue appears on the same page.
I don’t really use a specific IP address, but first of all I don’t understand what is wrong.

Now the Error message (Access Denied) consists when attempting to access the Kijiji site while outside of Canada or using a VPN. So if I may ask, are you currently outside of Canada or using a VPN when you attempt to post?
I’m not and I’m not posting anything. I’m trying to just log in with my user account.

However the 403 error message that you encounter when attempting to access Kijiji is due to an incompatible IP that your device is broadcasting. Are you by any chancing using some type of Ad Blocker? Or a company enterprise computer?
Yes, AdBlocker is mandatory now for me personally. Not only that but also extensions in a variety is what I’m using in web browsers that people never use because they are totally unaware of marketing abuse and much more on the Internet. In my entitlement or opinion, websites who doesn’t have a website system based on genuine ads in general just because of a log in system are not to trust. I believe now not that Kijiji is not really a great and user friendly advertisement service on the Internet. I have never seen this issue before with all my experience with advertisement services on websites.
Unfortunately the Ad Blocker is what’s preventing you from accessing the Kijiji site, this is due to an Ad Blockers works similar to a VPN. What an Ad Blocker does is mask your IP with an alternate IP that depending where the Ad Blocker’s server is located, it may be overseas. Second is that an Ad Blocker blocks third party cookie tracking using this same method and since Kijiji is a cookie based site, it does require to have third party cookies enabled to browse Kijiji.
So my recommendation is to disable the ad blocker prior to proceeding to the Kijiji site, to be able to access Kijiji. Second, if you have a mobile device, you can download the Kijiji Mobile App on your mobile device and use Kijiji that way. So in turn, you can keep your ad blocker always enabled on your computer without having to disable the ad blocker to access Kijiji.
But why can’t users of Kijiji use it overseas? What if they are on holiday and wants to log in?

The reason is due our outreach and feedback. About 80% of the scam and spam that attempts hit Kijiji tends to be outside of Canada or through a VPN. So to better protect the community, we have implemented these out of country security measures.
Oh well. “Good luck” with that. Why not just adjust the server’s website to blacklist countries instead of letting random users waste their time in a community support forum when the website have blocked other countries and IP addresses any way. This has nothing to to with adblock. It’s just adjustments for the servers website and nothing else.
I’m done with this crap on my side. I’m not going to use Kijiji any more.
